1) Definitions: For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

 

“BUMPCUBE”, “we”, “us” and/or “our” refers to the company Bumpcube Pte. Ltd., as well as to its affiliates.

 

“Individual” (or “you”) means a natural person, whether living or deceased and “Individuals” (and “your”) shall be construed accordingly;

 

“Personal Data” means any data or information that is capable of identifying an individual, whether on its own or in conjunction with other data accessible to BUMPCUBE;

 

“Services” means BUMPCUBE’s cloud-based communication services, messaging services, voices and/ or any services provided by BUMPCUBE. 

 

 

COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

 

BUMPCUBE collect, use and disclose Personal Data from/ or related to an Individual that is necessary for the relevant purposes underlying such collection, use or disclosure which may include but is not limited to the following:

 

  • Provision of products and services which are used by you;
  • Verify and process your particulars and payments;
  • Dealing with administrative matters relating to the product and/or services purchased and/or subscribed to by you such as not but limited to management of payment, billing, account, credit checks matters;
  • Communicating with you to assist you with your enquiries;
  • Send information, promotions, updates, marketing and advertising materials via email, SMS, and or any other medium or channel, in relation to our Services;
  • Conduct investigations or audits or carry out crime and fraud prevention and risk management activities;
  • To regulators, law enforcement bodies, government agencies, courts or any other third party to whom disclosure is permitted or required by any applicable law or regulation;
  • To BUMPCUBE’s third party service providers or agents;
  • Any other purposes that we notify you of at the time of obtaining consent (collectively known as the “Purposes”).

 

We may also receive from you and third parties, both directly and indirectly, information about your end users and others.  The information may include but is not limited about message content, brand names, fixed/ mobile numbers, mobile networks and countries, databases of opt-in clients to your campaign.  By use of our Services, you represent to BUMPCUBE that you have obtained the consent of the relevant thirty party, your customers and end users for BUMPCUBE to collect, use or disclose such Personal Data for the relevant purpose.

 

 

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

 

BUMPCUBE shall make reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks to Personal Data in its possession.

 

BUMPCUBE may share the data we processed from you with telecom operators, communication service providers, and third party service providers who need access to the data to provide the services on our behalf. BUMPCUBE will request third parties who receive Personal Data from BUMPCUBE to provide reasonable assurances that they will appropriately safeguard such data.

 

 

DATA RETENTION

 

BUMPCUBE will retain your data for as long as there is an ongoing business relationship and for a period of time afterwards where we have an ongoing business need to retain it, or where we are required by law to retain it.

 

If you wish to delete your data from our database, you can do that at any time by sending an email to your BUMPCUBE representative.
